For anyone who wants to run, but don’t know where to start or need a little more encouragement to get started, this will guide you through a 2-hour clinic. What to Expect: Running basics, injury prevention, nutrition, proper bras and shoes information, plus answers to all of your running questions. The clinic will end with a demonstration and evaluations. Wear your running attire and bring your questions!
